TINGKAT LITERASI KEUANGAN DI KOTA BENGKULU SEBUAH SURVEI: PERILAKU MENABUNG DAN INVESTASI

Operating system in oeranization consist of several aspects, including aspects of HR capabilities and aspects of technological capabilities. The purpose of this study is to describe the changes that occur at PT Telkom Akses on aspects of human resource capabilities and te chnology capabilities. This research is a descriptive study that uses a qualitative approach. The sample of this study was 92 employees of Telkom Access using a purposive sampling method. This research instrument uses questionnaire and interview respondent s.The results of this study indicate that aspects of HR capabilities are included in the excellent category with a value of 4.36 and aspects of technological capabilities are also included in the very good category with a value of 4.36. This means that org anizational changes that occur at PT Telkom Bengkulu Access on aspects of human resource capabilities and technological capabilities are very good. Employees can adapt in using technology so that the technology created is appropriate and can be used well b y employees. Technology changes that occur at PT Telkom Akses also in accordance with the demands of change, where existing technology is in accordance with the needs and can be used properly and provides convenience for employees so that the existing tech nology is not in vain. The feasibility of the technology can be seen from the way the technology works and there are no obstacles in its use so that it can be used for a long time.
