DISCIPLINE IMPLEMENTATION IN PUBLIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL NUMBER 12 LUBUKLINGGAU

The objective of this study was to describe discipline implementation at Public
Junior High School Number 12 Lubuklinggau.The specipic objectives were implementation
of principal, implementation of teachers, administration staffs, and students in Public Junior
High School Number 12 Lubuklinggau. The purposes of this research, is to describe
discipline implementation of principal, implementation of teachers, administration staffs
and students and to find the relationship of the three component. In this research the writer
used qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this research are principal, teachers,
administration staffs and students of Public Junior High School Number 12 Lubuklinggau.
Data collecting technique were interviewing and observation. The result of this research
show “Discipline Implementation in Public Junior High School Number 12 Lubuklinggau
have been done as discipline of the school.” It can be seen from the way principal, teachers
and administration staffs work professionally and students study successfully.
