THE PERCEPTION OF THE PRINCIPALS TO THE MANAGERIAL COMPETENCES OF THE PRINCIPALS OF STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN BENGKULU CITY BASED ON PERMENDIKNAS RI NO. 13, 2007.

The objective of this research is to describe the managerial
competences of principals of state senior high school in Bengkulu City. The
method of the research is a quantitative descriptif using questionaire with
sample amount to 10 responders from all principals of state senior high
school in Bengkulu City (total sampling).The obtained data in the form of
managerial competences of responders which based on the Regulation of
National

of
Indonesia
Republic
Number
13/2007
(Permendiknas RI No. 13, 2007) about standard of principal managerial
competences, consist of sixteen managerial competences. The data analysis
use the weighted means score formula and the percentages. And after the
researcher analyzed the managerial competences of the principals of the
state senior high school in Bengkulu City, he found that the principals
presented the managerial competences based on Permendiknas RI No. 13,
2007. The result of the research show that the principals had have the
managerial competences, and they presented suitable with its standard
(Permendiknas RI No. 13 Tahun 2007).
