Abstract
The objective of this research was to describe the management of scouting at
Kwartir Cabang Lahat. The specific of objective were to describe : 1) the
planning of scouting at Kwartir Cabang Lahat, 2) the organizing of the activities,
3) the way ofiace activities, 4) the supporting factors and ob stactes in running
the activities. The research took place at Kwartir Cabang Lahat. The method of
research was descriptive qualitative while the method of collecting were
interview, documentation and observation. The result of this research showed that
management scouting at Kwartir Cabang Lahat had been run in accordance with
Kwartir National operational
