Abstract
This study investigated correlation of supervision and organization culture
on the job performance with job satisfaction as a intervening variable. The
purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence about a) the positive correlation
of supervise and individual performance of junior accountant, b) the positive
correlation of organization culture and individual performance of junior
accountant, c) the positive correlation of supervise and individual performance
with job satisfaction of junior accountant, d) the positive correlation of
organization culture and individual performance of junior accountant with job
satisfaction, and e) the positive correlation of job satisfaction and individual
performance of junior accountant. The respondent of this study are junior
accountant working at public accounting firm in Bengkulu, Lampung, Palembang,
Padang and Medan. The data collecting by the direct and indirect distribution
questionaire. The data collecting will be proceed by path analysis. The result from
this study are the positive correlation and significant of supervise and individual
performance of junior accountant, the positive correlation and significant of
organization culture and individual performance of junior accountant, the positive
correlation and significant of supervise and individual performance of junior
accountant with job satisfaction as a intervening variable, the positive correlation
and significant of organization culture and individual performance of junior
accountant with job satisfaction as a intervening variable and the positive
correlation and significant of job satisfaction and individual performance of junior
accountant.
