Abstract
This research is conducted in Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Bengkulu, with
checked by object is employees. The title is “ The Influence of Leadership Style
and Job Satisfaction Employees Toward Organizational Commitment at Dinas
Kehutanan Provinsi Bengkulu. The purpose of this research is to know influence
between Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction Employees Toward Organizational
Commitment, either through parsial and also by together. The method of sample
taking has been used is Sensus. The amount sample for this research are 143
respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used on this research. The
Research result Leadership Style, job satisfaction employees had the positive
toward organizational commitment for β X1 =0,334 and β X2=0,370 with the
regression equation as follow : Y =0,334X1+ 0,370X2+ 5,495.
