Abstract

The aims of this research is to know compilation alternative arrange the situation
equipments of factory (out lay) at PT. Technological Bio Nusantara more than efficient
Bengkulu. this Research type is descriptive research, that is research with aim to
explain and depict a phenomenon that happened in field through direct observation in
field. Data type was used data namely obtained data of field observation and interview
with side which competency, in this case superintendent of managing director and
production of PT. Bio Nusantara Teknlogi Bengkulu. Method intake of data conducted
with direct observation namely by direct perception in field to production process of
TBS (fresh fruit) coconut of sawit become CPO (crude palmoil). Besides used stop
watch and gauge to count travelled distance and production process time efficiency of
TBS (fresh fruit) coconut of sawit become CPO (crude palmoil). Method analyse data
used quantitative descriptive analysis by conducting comparison of time and distance
between] out lay in this time with device of new lay out.
Pursuant to research of field, obtained result that : (1) Compilation arrange situation
equipments of factory (layout) Technological PT Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu
not yet earned is optimal of capacities produce processing of palm oil; (2) Compilation
arrange situation equipments of factory (layout) PT Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu
not yet earned to improve work efficiency, either from time side, amount of, and also
expense of; and (3) Device of re-lay out to travelled distance equal to 411meters and go
through raw material go to factory facilitys more than efficient equal to 31,01 minutes.
