Abstract
This study was conducted at the Tiara Sella hospital in Bengkulu to know how
influence leadership and organization commitment on job satisfaction hospital nurse in
Tiara Sella Bengkulu. Respondents in this study were 70 people with cencus sampling
method, the data used are primary data and secondary data distributing questionnares to
obtain information about the respondent through others. The analysis of this study by
quantitative used multiple linear regression previously done validity and realibility tests.
The result from this research obtainable regresi variable, X0=22,031, X1=0,173 and
X2=0,043
