Abstract
Formulation of the problem in this research is how the leadership style on
employee job satisfaction District Office of Education and Culture Kaur. This
study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style on employee job
satisfaction District Office of Education and Culture Kaur.
Sources of data in this study is primary data that is obtained directly from the data
source object of research. Data collection techniques used in this study were
questionnaires and interviews. The study population were all employees of the
Department of Education and Culture District Kaur totaling 50 people. The
method of analysis used in this study is a simple regression analysis.
From the results of the analysis showed that 8.5% variable leadership style affects
job satisfaction, and the significance of the results obtained figures 0.040 (<0.05),
which means that there is a linear relationship between the variables of leadership
style on job satisfaction of employees in the Department of Education and cultural
districts Kaur.
