ANALISIS KEPUASAN KERJA, MOTIVASI dan KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL di LINGKUNGAN KANTOR BADAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT- PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN dan KELUARGA BERENCANA KABUPATEN LEBONG

The objective of the study is to identify analysis of job Satisfaction, Motivation and Employees’
Orgnizational Commitment in the Socies and Women Empower Woment Agency and Women
Family Planning Distrct Lebong. The independent variables of the study are job satisfaction and
motivation. Meanwhile, the independent variable is organizational commitment. The data of the
study is primary data which were collected through questionnaire and interview. The
questionnaire was distributed to 70 employees, and 64 of them responded the questionnaire. The
interview was conducted to 8 respondents consisted of 2 Head of division (head of Family
Planning and Women Empower Woment), and 2 head subidivision (the People's Economy and
Empowerment) and 1 staff for each division’s. The data then was analyzed by multiple
regression analysis.
The analysis method is to use a multiple linear regression analysis. When viewed from the F-
count is calculated by SPSS result states that F-3934 count greater than F-table at alpha 2.36 0.05
(5%). Thus the hypothesis made earlier can be proved. So also with the results of the t-count for
0868 is smaller than t-table and 2283 is greater than t-table 1.671 at alpha 0.05. Means of the
results of this study can be proved that the organizational commitment of the Society and
Women Empowerwoment Agency and Family Planning District Lebong influenced by job
satisfaction and motivation. So that organizational commitment is expected to achieve the job
satisfaction and motivation needed to achieve the vision and mission in the work environment
