Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the work culture of civil servant in law
bureau of regional secretariat of Bengkulu Province, which include cultural sincere,clean spirit,
discipline, transparent, consistent and professional.This research is descriptive research with a
population of as many as 48 people, while the data collection techniques used in this study
were interviews and questionnaires.
The results generally portray the Civil Servants (PNS) in the Legal Bureau of the Regional
Secretariat of Bengkulu province has good work culture. It is derived from the distribution of
questionnaires and interviews to obtain the average value of 3.66 (good), although there are
some cultures that were deemed to be less work. It is recommended for policy makers and
policy planning at the Regional Secretariat of the Legal Bureau Bengkulu Provincein order to
improve and enhance the work culture which still lacking, especially the culture of discipline,
transparent and professional.
