ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHATANI MARKISA KONYAL Passiflora ligularis) DI DESA AROSUKA KECAMATAN GUNUNG TALANG KABUPATEN SOLOK PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

The research was done on purpose in the village of Mount Talang District Arosuka Solok of West Sumatra Province . The purpose of this study are 1) to determine the financial
feasibility of a passion fruit farm cultivated by farmers in Solok , 2 ) to determine the level of sensitivity to the feasibility of passion fruit farming . Determination of the respondents were done by using stratified random sampling method , data collected consists of primary data and secondary data . The number of respondents in this study were 23 samples . The results showed that the views of the financial aspects of the passion fruit farming konyal worth the effort. This is evident from Net B / C ratio of 1.6124 ( > 1 ) , the value of Gross B / C ratio of 1.278 ( > 1 ) , NPV of Rp . 12,406,543 and the value of IRR of 40.42 % . Sensitivity analysis shows that if there is rise in production costs of 4.57 % and 4.97 % , selling prices fell by 15% , and 20 % of farm production fell konyal passion is still worth the effort.
