ANALISIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PENGADILAN AGAMA ARGA MAKMUR

This research objected is to analyzed the leadership style in the Islamic Court of Arga Makmur by using of situational leadership style theory. The situational leadership style explained about leader by instruction style, consultancy style, participation style, and delegation style. This research also to knowing performance of the employees in the Islamic Court of Arga Makmur. The methode of this research is descriptive approach. The subject of the research is all employees of the Islamic Court of Arga Makmur. The data collecting using of the questionnaires and the interview. The method of data analysis used in this study was descriptive statistic analysis. The results this research and discussion, it can be concluded that the situational leadership style that is often used in the Islamic Court of Arga Makmur are delegatif style and
participation style. The results also showed that the employees of the Islamic Court of Arga Makmur has good performance. This research also found that the style of leadership adopted give a positive impact in improving employee performance.
