The research about resistance test of Aedes aegypti (Diptera:Culicidae) of Rejang Lebong region concerning chypermetrin insecticide has been conducted from April- May 2016 at Kabupaten Rejang Lebong and Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory, Basic Sciense FMIPA UNIB. Resistance determination is done by one treatment and three replications. Resistance determination of imago level has conducted by Center for Disease Control (CDC) Bottle Bioassay method, and then each bottle is put in 15 female mosquitoes, that will be contact with cypermetrin for two hours. Test for larvae level has conducted lethal concentration test with 0; 0,01; 0,1; 1; 10; 100; and 1000 ppm. All of concentration is put in 10 larvae. The data of susceptible imago were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and research was designed by Completely Randomized Design, the data of susceptible larvae were analyzed by ANOVA. If F > F and continued by Duncan test. The result showed that Ae.aegypti at Kabupaten Rejang Lebong has been resistance with hitung tabel concentration of 0,05% chypermetrin and larvae has been resistance with concentration 8.2 ppm efective chypermetrin insectiside.
