Abstract

Th e   re se arc h  a ims   to  i de n tif y   a n d  de sc r if  Q u alit y Imp r ovement  Programs  t o  determine   the  perfor mance  of  e du cator s  and  Officials  Learned  at Th e   District  Off ice  Studio  Le a r ning  Seluma .  The  meth od  used  in  th is  re search   is  d e s cr ip t iv e  a na ly tic   m e t h o d.   Wit h  t h e   da t a   s o ur c e  i s   t h e   prmary  data  is  ob taine d   dire ct ly  f rom  th e  data  s ource  obje ct   o f  research.  Data  c ollecti on   t echniques  used  in  this  study  were   questionnaires  a nd  in terviews.  The   study   p op ulatio n  was  all  emp loyee s  of   the  district off ic e Seluma stu dio learning a ctivitie s that w ere 30 . From  t he   results ,  the  average  overall  score  of   r esp onde nts  on  variable s   Ed u cat o r  Qu alit y  Improveme nt  pr ogr a m  impleme ntation  w as  4,06  in  the  ca t e g o ry  e ith e r .average  overall  score  of  r espondents’   answers  to  t he  perfor mance  variable  was  3 .51  in  t h e   ca t e g o ry  e it h er . S tr a t eg ic i mp lic a t io ns   t h a t  c a n  b e   do no m t h e  r e su lt s research  is  to  provide  t rain in g  to  t he  o rganizers  sosialisai/improved  qua lity  p r ogram  e d u c at o r  s o  t h at  m o r e   s kille d  in t h e  p r o c e s s   of  p r ep ar a t io n,   e specially  in   p repa ring  and  compilin g a   progra m from  da t  in accordance with  the tech nical  instru ctions.
