Abstract

Data c ollecti on t echniques used in this study were questionnaires a nd in terviews. The study p op ulatio n was all emp loyee s of the district off ic e Seluma stu dio learning a ctivitie s that w ere 30 . From t he results , the average overall score of r esp onde nts on variable s Ed u cat o r Qu alit y Improveme nt pr ogr a m impleme ntation w as 4,06 in the ca t e g o ry e ith e r .average overall score of r espondents’ answers to t he perfor mance variable was 3 .51 in t h e ca t e g o ry e it h er .
