Abstract

The objective of this study is to know the imbalance of the Development inter Kabupaten/Kota and the supreme sector in the every kabupaten/kota in Bengkulu Province. The study used secondary data from the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) and the Central Bureau Statistics (BPS). Imbalance of Development inter kabupaten/kota was analyzed using the EnthrophiTheil Index. TipologiKlasen was employed to describe the system and the structure the regional of economics growth. The Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) was employed to show that the regional of supreme sector. The result of the study show that the regionals were moderately high is Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan, KabupatenRejangLebong, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, KabupatenSeluma, KabupatenLebong, KabupatenKepahiang and Kota Bengkulu. The regional evenly ditributed were KabupatenKaur and KabupatenMukomuko. The regional typology for every kabupaten/kota from 2004-2007 almost all were displacement. Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan, KabupatenRejangLebong, KabupatenSeluma, KabupatenKepahiang and Kota Bengkulu were displacement to more better regional. Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara was less better displacement, from regional fast develop to regional relatvely poor. KabupatenKaur, KabupatenMukomuko and KabupatenLebong is regional not changes and stagnant in first condition as regional relatvely poor. The Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) showed that Bengkulu city have different supreme sector compare with 8 other kabupaten. Bengkulu city with supreme sector trade and service more dominant and the other kabupaten have supreme sector agricultural more dominant with different sub-sector every regionals.
