Abstract

The various of interests related to land issues in development. On one side, the development need of land as main tool. Supposed to be in a country that adheres to the principles of rule of law principles strengthening the land rights should be achieve. This means that in a country that adheres to the principles of rule of law, public land acquisition must be done in ways that correct and humanity, when the land is taken for granted and used for government purposes, it must sacrifice human rights that should not occur in country adheres to the principles of rule of law.. Mechanisms for land acquisition for the land acquisition for the construction of public interest after the enactment of Law No. 2 of 2012 on Land acquisition for Development for Public Interest. Mechanisms taking people through the release of land rights or land acquisition or land acquisition is the mechanism most often lead to conflict.
