Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that the largest diversity of plants in the world. Most plants in Indonesia can be used as medical ingredients. The kind of this research to identify the types of medicinal plants found in the village of Margomulyo Bengkulu Tengah, to applied in the worksheet on biodiversity material students. The location of sampling of medicinal plants was carried out in the village of Margomulyo. While the response test is carried out in the Secondary High School 1 Bengkulu Tengah. Based on the result of study founf 59 types (36 Families) of medicinal plants in the village of Margomulyo Bengkulu Tengah. The compound that is widely used is Zingebraceae which is 7 spescies. The results of the validation of the compiled LKPD obtained very valid criteria with a value of 91,1% and received a very good response with a value of 90,6% in the test response to 24 students of class X Secondary High School 1 Bengkulu Tengah. Based on these results, it can be stated that diesign of the LKPD compiled is sutebale to be used as teaching material for class X High School level on biodiversity material.
