Abstract
That in doing government service, for the convenience of the community, then the use of resources in an effective and efficient government that is e-KTP. and driven by the implementation of an electronic government (e-Government) as well as to improve quality of service to the community, the Ministry of Interior of Republic of Indonesia implement a population information system technology that is based off National ID or e-KTP. Talang District Four in Central Bengkulu. This study aims to find out how Manufacturing Execution Server e-KTP in Talang District Four Central Bengkulu. Methods This study uses descriptive qualitative research, that explains the condition or fact finding scientifically happens A field with a deeper analysis of the e-KTP manufacturing service at Talang District Four Central Bengkulu. It is hoped that with the increase of public services in the community will be more easy to do activities or events on population data collection. Besides the availability of e-ID card will later be created to support the accuracy of the data population development program. Until there is no more trouble logging double the population of the existence of KTP or KTP counterfeiting problem. Based on the results of the research have been done that have good public services and implement clear procedures and services that identify and control mechanism in itself to all forms of deviation is known to occur easily. In the public service in the office camat Talang District Four in manufacturing e-KTP, the constraints faced by the community service system often originate in the love and HR services provider, community access for manufacturing e-KTP community service experience barriers to getting treatment is manufacturing eKTP. This should not happen if the public service model adopted by the new model of public service or (new public service). However even with HR service provider where the officials should not provide services that are less friendly and responsive to the community in making an ID. The final conclusion of this study in the implementation of e-KTP in manufacturing pelayaanan Talang District Four responsibilitas service that has not been done in this case looks good in making an ID card service staff are not friendly and welcoming.
