Abstract

The objective of this research is : (1) to know resilient of officer at Board of Area Planning and Development of Musi Rawas Regency in working; (2) to know work discipline officer at Board of Area Planning and Development of Musi Rawas Regency in working; (3) to know attitude of work innovative officer at Board of Area Planning and Development of Musi Rawas Regency in working; (4) to know work creativity officer at Board of Area Planning and Development of Musi Rawas Regency in working; and (5) to know altruistic attitude of officer at Board of Area Planning and Development of Musi Rawas Regency in working. Method which used in this research is descriptive method with approach qualitative. Descriptive method, that is method depicting and elaborating about a situation related to quality of human resource able to improve officer performance. Descriptive (research descriptive) is to check and to get data which actual and is accurate, where the data in debate and elaborated systematically and also concluded to get resolving from problem of accurate. Data type the used obtained primary data with interview method. Subject or informant in research is officer at Board of Area Planning and Development of Musi Rawas Regency amounting to 10 peoples. Method the data analyzedwas used descriptive qualitativeanalysis. Based the data analyzed obtained result work ethic of employees of the Board of Area Planning and Development of Musi Rawas Regency is in a goodcategory.
