Abstract
The purpose of this final report was to find out the problems faced by the marketing department in serving tourists at Grage Resort Hotel Bengkulu and to find out the strategies used by the marketing department to serve tourists. The method used in collecting data in this report was by documentation and interview. The employee of Grage Resort Hotel Bengkulu were asked to be the informants in this interview. Based on the interview, the Grage Resort Hotel Bengkulu had good service quality although there were several obstacles faced, such as employee skill, booking system errors and some damaged room facilities. To retain guests, Grage Resort Hotel Bengkulu needs to improve their marketing strategies. Keywords: Hotel, Marketing Strategy
