Abstract

This research aims to describe the utilization of management information systems at SMAIT Iqra in the city of Bengkulu. Specifically, the objectives of this research are: (1) To describe the utilization of software by users in the school's management information system. (2) To describe the utilization of hardware by users in the school's management information system. (3) To describe the utilization of the network by users in the school's management information system. This research adopts a qualitative approach, collecting data and conducting interpretations without using numerical values, and the researcher serves as the main instrument. Data collection methods used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that SMAIT IQRA in Bengkulu has implemented the ultilization of information systems in the school, including the use of software that is not yet fully integrated. The ultilization of hardware and networks by users in the school has been adapted to keep up with developments, collaborating with third parties, and providing training to enchance the teacher’s skills.
