Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out the effect of Motivation, Reward, Local Work Condition, Stric Authority, for Performance development at Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu. In this research writer used some book like to T Hani Handoko 1984, Gary Dessler 1997 to make this research to good for audiens in college, and this research writer learn to good person Mr Dr Slamet Widodo SE,M.Si The data that collect is primary data and secondary data. That data analyzed by analysis qualitative and quantitative method, that is corelation. Analysis quantitative method that used is mutiple regression linear, determination as a whole and individual, also F test and t test. Based on the analysis get that as a whole and individual Motivation, Reward, Local Work Condition, Stric Authority for Performance. So, to increasing for development we must increasing Motivation, Reward, Local Work Condition, Stric Authority for Performance development at Bank Indonesia in Bengkulu.
