Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe something about: 1) the function of schools committee as an organization to give opinion in determining a policy that faced of the quality of education at schools. 2) the supported of schools committee as an implementation of education to increase the quality of education. 3) the controlled of schools committee to make quality of education to be better. 4) the ways of schools committee in applying the role to make a good situation and condition so it can create a good relationship between schools committee with society. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with study case approach. The conclusion of this research is: 1) for participant of schools committee don’t only focus to schools programs that relation with donation, because the function of schools committee is increasing the quality of education. 2) for principal, in order to can collaboration with schools committee to increasing the quality of education because schools committee is schools mitra. 3) for student’s parent, in order to give participation and support for schools to increasing students achievement. 4) for Dinas Diknas, in order to can give direct instruction and thought book, brocure and etc to increasing knowledge participant schools committee.
