Abstract

The objective of the research was to describe the teaching management in Kindergartens at Gading Cempaka Bengkulu City. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subject of the research were the principal, the teachers, the students, and the comitee. The data collection used: observation, interview, and documentation. To analyze the data, used qualitative analyze technique. The result of the research show that the teaching management by teachers at Gading Cempaka Kindergartens has been yet optimal according to teacher ability. So the teachers must improve the teaching management in some skill for that aspect in many ways.
