Abstract

Teachers play an important role in education process as a control duty in educational competence. They should pay attention for their career as well as their welfare. Both necessities might share together for their better quality in education process role and their living with happiness. Those might affect them to do the job better, share with the welfare benefits in their career.The fact for teachers in SMUN Kediri city was not happened and those have lack of their capability to perform research for their scientific paper needed to fulfill for their higher professional career development than in the level of IV A. Hypothetically, there is a significant happiness relationship between the level of carier, commonly IV A, and the economically welfare received a monthly wages for teachers in SMUN Kediri city.The research is designed to explore (1) the level of their Career, (2) career level related to the practical duty happiness / welfare to the teacher of SMUN Kediri city.The goal of this research was to exercise the their career and its related to their job performance.The correlational research was conducted to the teachers at the senior high school (SMUN) in Kediri Jawa Timur. The sample was taken using the technic of nomogram by Harry King. The 156 respondens were 40 % the population studied using close questionnaire instrument with Likert scores scale. Data analysis by using description statistical technic with the chi square to the normality test were verified. This research showed that most teachers, stated career level related to their performance of doing their job and both have significantly clear for the teachers of SMUN in Kota Kediri/Jatim. Rank of position for teachers at SMUN Kota Kediri was fairly good stated 37,8% as the highest percentage to the other item of it category.There was a significant relationship of rank of position to the work. Satisfaction of teachers of SMUN Kota Kediri with the correlation coifficent calculated of 0,1610 over then in the table (0,1535).
