Abstract

The general purposes of this research are to describe the principal strategies to develop mathematic teacher at public Senior High School No. 5 in Lubuklinggau city. The specific purposes are to describe the principal strategies for developing teachers (in attitude, ability, and skill) to describe the result of developing teachers (in attitude, ability, and skill), to describe the strong and the weakness in developing mathematic teacher and to describe the principal strategies to solve the weaknesses. This research used qualitative descriftive method. The results are the principal for developing the mathematic teachers at public Senior High School no. 5 in Lubuklinggau city has a relation ship with the attitude development, ability development and skill developing.
