Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe study to young teacher construction at public elementary school 21 of north Mukomuko, District of Mukomuko. Method is used in the study was case study. The data for this study were obtained from informant headmaster, school supervisor, young teacher, senior and teacher. The data were collected by using interview, observation, documentation, and investigation techniques. Procedures of data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result study show construction to young teacher in public elementary school 21 of north Mukomuko optimal yet. This matter is seen from still the lack of domination for elementary ability of professionalism and competency in certification by young teacher.
