Abstract

This research is aimed to study the environmental impact anslysis that’s constrain in social economy of resident. This study take a purpose to account social and benefit of cost of illness, clean water cost, comfortable cost, income of resident and job opportunity. The areal object being researched is on Kembang seri of which respondents take from resident of that areal object as many 63 respondent. The result of this research shows that environmental impavt analysis of crumb rubber manufactured have impact to resident of Kembang Seri. It can proved accord to overall comparative result benefit cost ratio >1 of 1,70, that mean crumb rubber manufactured on Kembang Seri have a positive impact to resident. Economic benefit has a dominant factor than the social cost.
