Abstract

This is a writing about spatial law on Ladia Galaska Case Based on CBD Reviewed : An issue of the world bank role as the financial insurer manager of Leuser Garden. This study try to analyze the status of Ladia Galaska Road based on spatial law and its relation to CBD. With normative juridical approach, this writing handed all the related rules and analyzed them to find the answer of the problem. The result of this writing is that The basic principle of CBD is precautionary principle means not only from economical point of view but also from ecological side in maintaining sustainable development, and the risk assessment if the road is built, so if i t i s done, it won’ t gi ve a moment utility to the society. Based on spatial law, Ladia Galaska is against the function of protected forest.anda also the precautionary principle in CBD.
