Abstract

The general purpose of this research is to improve the quality of English teaching management. The specifial objective of this research are to describe; the teacher’s effort in improving the quality of English teaching and planning, improving the quality of material teaching, improving the quality of method teaching, improving the quality of isi teaching media, improving the quality of classroom management, improving the quality of resulting English teaching value and depeloving the quality of resulting English value forward. The methodology of this research is using qualitative descriptive method in Senior High School 1 Kerkap of north Bengkulu Regency. The result of this research is shown that the learning design are arranged by syllable and it suitables with the education calender. In improving the material contents of English subject, the teachers use many lesson books of English and develop of English material contents. In using the method, teacher did not only use one method, but it varieties and also suitable with the lesson materials. To improve teaching method, teachers use package book and multimedia, beside that the teacher make good media like pictures, short expresion and make powerpoint before giving the material to students. In classroom management, teacher give the motivation to their students in praise or reward and give punissment to their student if break the rules, to increase quality teacher give post and freetest. And do the evaluation after finishing the indicator. Teachers always to analyze each of question form and give the remark for students testing. And also, teacher give remadial for their student, if they get worst mark.
