Abstract
The Objective of this research is to describe about Interpersonal Communication of employee at Bank Bengkulu. The specific object of the research were : How did employee can accept and submit message squarely and openly with pantner at the Bank Bengkulu, how did employee was changing over each other information with pantner and leader at Bank Bengkulu, how did employee can submit invention and idea to partner and leader at Bank Bengkulu, how did employee can understand the contain of message fron partner an leader at Bank Bengkulu, what was factor supporting and pursuing in Interpersonal Communication of the employee at Bank Bengkulu. The methode of this research was descriptive qualitative methode, while the techniques in collecting data were interview, and observation techniques, the subject are employee. The data collected was analyzed by of the research it using the data reducation , data display dan conclusion/verification. The result of this research showed that Interpersonal Communication of the employee at Bank Bengkulu is good.
