Abstract

Bengkulu Religious Court Class IA, which is one of holders of the power of justice, have a mission to serve the society who sought for justice fastly, simple, and cheap. To achieve that mission, the leader of Bengkulu Religious Court have been made a decree of standard operation procedures of case services. This research aimed to ensure that the officer do their job correctly based on Operational Standard Procedures of Case Services, and to ensure that the society who sought for justice really get excellent services from the officer of Bengkulu Religious Court. Methodologies used in this research is using quesioner and interview to 20 eksternal respondens and 3 internal respondens, and their answers was analyze to get some descriptive conclution. The results of this research are that Bengkulu Religious Court has already done their case services based on Standard Operational Prosedures of Case Services, and the society who sought for justice satisfied. They are shown by the scores obtained from the calculation based on the Likert scale, where the implementation of standard operating procedures received an overall average score of 4.24 which belong to the category of excellent.
