Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence in collective or separated between the Motivation, Competency, and Participation On The Performance Of Civil Servant In The Forest and Plantation Service At North Bengkulu Regency by using the primary and secondary data source and unit analysis that is the data of the employee in The Plantation and Forestry Department that be respondent for this research. So this research use cencus in determining data with using questionaire and interview as method in collecting data The collecting data was processed by using descriptive analysis and double regression linier. Descriptive analysis by using descriptive statistic in the cross table was to get the whole description about the variable in this research, while the model of double regression linier was to know the effect of Motivation, Competency, and Participation On The Performance Of Civil Servant In The Forest and Plantation Service At North Bengkulu Regency. From the result of analysis regression, there was influence that was not only colleetively but also separatedly between the Motivation, Competency, and Participation On The Performance Of Civil Servant In The Forest and Plantation Service At North Bengkulu and significan to the variable motivation with p score < 0,05 or 0,005< 0,05, significant to the variable Competency with p score < 0,05 or 0,015<0,05, and significant to the variable participation with p score < 0,05 or 0,004<0,05 this was also proved through f score 8.192
