Abstract

Still high dependency of Early Childhood Education institutions (ECE) in North Bengkulu on budget support from the government, and given the budget constraints of local government, then to fund the institution of the Early Childhood Education post program D-ECE at North Bengkulu, need to look at and set funding priorities for financing various components can direct financing of Early Childhood Education institutions in North Bengkulu, so as to provide educational services with low cost, and has a good quality and excellent. This study is an exploratory study, to facilitate the processing of the data; researchers used a model of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) which is used as a decision support. Because of the limitation that researcher have and to avoid errors in the calculation, the research using expert choice software Version 9.047. Based on the results of the study concluded that the most dominant criteria that currently need attention budgeting priorities: improved governance of early childhood institutions. In upgrading the governance of early childhood institutions in North Bengkulu, current funding should be a priority, namely: first, the provision of incentives for educators, Second the development of management staff of Early Childhood Education institutions, third development of educators, fourth the provision of teaching materials, fifth the need of provision for supporting facilities of educational activities (meubelair) ECE, sixth the need to increase student’s activities, seventh the procurement of educational games. And eighth, maintenance and repair the service center Early Childhood Education.
