Abstract

This study aimed to analize the consistency of revenue and expenditure budget planning district Mukomuko. To answer the purpose of the use of descriptive methods. After research showed the following results: 1. Level of consistent with the program RPJMD RKPD of 34.09%. 2. RKPD documents with a consistent level of 30,09% PPAS. Low consistency means, 3. Level of consistency with the budget PPAS 71.86%. PPAS thus integration with the integrity of the budget is highest among the other programs. The high consistency of the program is due to the involvement of members of parliament (Parliament), which the house did its duties and functions. In the planning stage, the position of parliament was needed to voice the aspirations of the people. Parliament as an institution representing the local people have the authority to set policy priorites and the allocation of financial distribution area.
