Abstract

The Environmental Regulation Infrastructure program is a program to organize the town of Lubuklinggau with 3 physical works as indicator. This program has been being carried out by the Public Work Department of Lubuklinggau town for about 5 years. The objective of this study is to identify; synchronization of RKPD-RPJMD; success rate; and achievement of priority on infrastructure (environmental regulation). The current study is a case study employing summative evaluation method. The data collected in this study was both primary and secondary data. The number of respondent involved in the study was 50 individuals. Findings of the study indicate that; there are 4 asynchronous programs in the execution of the environmental regulation infrastructure program in Lubuklinggau town 2008-2012; the program is in range of success rate of “success” with percentage of service level 60,70%; and the achievement of targetted priority hasn’t realized yet. Such condition caused both decreasing of the existent infrastructure’s performance and requirement for more budgets in following years.
