Abstract

The purpose of this research objective of the Strategy Optimization of Duty Acquisition of land dan buildings in South-Bengkulu is to know how much potential BPHTB in South Bengkulu and to know BPHTB Optimization strategies in South Bengkulu. The Method used to obtain the optimization strategies were analyzed using SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Oportunities, Threats). The results of this research can be concluded that the targeting BPHTB in South Bengkulu determined not by the potential that exists in South Bengkulu so impressed not set targets through careful planning. The result of the SWOT analysis of Optimization BPHTB in South Bengkulu , obtained strategy Turn-Around the WO Strategy: Minimize weaknesses to exploit the opportunities that exist in improving BPHTB. Strategic plan that can be taken to maximize the opportunities in optimizing BPHTB in South Bengkulu is increasing the number of employees in DPPKAD, Verification and validation of all transactions BPHTB, Providing strict penalties for violations and Updating of land and Builidngs in South Bengkulu District
