Abstract

This research aims to test empirically whether participation variables budgeting, distibutif justice, procedural justice, the purpose of influencing the performance of managerial commitment to local government officials. Survey respondents included 80 Head Unit (SKPD) and one level below the head of the local government environment SKPD in Bengkulu city, but only 55 questionnaires could be analyzed. Data were processed using regression analysis (regression analysis) by SPSS version 16.0. These results indicate that the variable participation of budgeting and procedural fairness have a positive significant effect on managerial performance. While on the other hand, fairness and commitment to purpose distibutif no significant positive effect on managerial performance of the local governments and the city of Bengkulu
