Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job experience, skill development, and independency influence quality of audit result. Independent variables in this study were of job experience, skill development, and independency. Dependent variable of this study was the quality of audit result. The data in this study was the primary data that has obtained from the spreading questioner directly to the auditor who worked on the office of BPK RI Bengkulu Province Representatives. The questionnaire distributed to 35 respondents but only 31 questionnaires which can be analyzed/processed. The analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The result of this study has shown that the job experience, skill development, and independency were simultan and partially affected significantly to the quality of audit result to the auditor who worked on the office of BPK RI Bengkulu Province Representatives.
