Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove whether the management control system (X1), and organizational commitment (X2) affect the performance of the apparatus SKPD (Y) in the Central Local Government Bengkulu. The research was conducted at the Central SKPD Bengkulu. Respondents in this study is the third and fourth echelon officials that exist in the Middle SKPD Bengkulu. Analysis of the research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate that the management control system and a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus so that the first hypothesis received SKPD. Organizational commitment and a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus so that the second hypothesis received SKPD.
