Abstract

Given the increasing competition among companies currently suing the company should be able to survive and compete with other companies. one way that can be taken the company to survive in the competition that is the Employees Competency and Work control of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Employees Competence and Work Control on Employees Performance at PT Sarana Mandiri Mukti Kepahiang . This study is a type of research to the problems of the current facts of a particular phenomenon. The type of data is primary data obtained through questionnaires and in-depth deployment. As a support to the secondary data used in the form of information, data, and reports, references, and documents relating to the issues under study. The population of this study is the whole PT Sarana Mandiri Mukti Kepahiang totaling 142 permanent employees. Sampling method used stratified random sampling of 50%, so the number of samples studied as many as 71 people. Data analysis methods used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, obtained results that: (1) Variable Employees Competency partially variable effect on the Employees Performance significant effect on to calculate the T value (3.130) > T table (1.645), (2) Work Control variables significantly influence employees performance variable PT Sarana Mukti Kepahiang, the count T value (5.008) > T table (1.645), (3) the effect of Employees Competence and Work Control to Employees Performance variable at PT Sarana Mandiri mukti, the calculated F value (23.899) > F table (2.960) . The advice given is given to the PT. SMM is Employees Competency and Work Control must be maintained and implemented in order to keep maximum employees performance, and support the achievement of company objectives.
