Abstract

The purposes of research was to determine the quality of services provided by Vansrilla Studio Bengkulu to customers of the facilities are reviewed based on the method Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This research aims to give consideration to Vansrilla Studio Bengkulu, in order to improve service to customers, related to the recording studio facilities are available, as well as to improve competitiveness in the music industry. Stages of research include consumer satisfaction, the determination of technical parameters, the effect of interaction between the technical explanation (technical parameters) with the attributes of service, technical response, technical priorities, and conflicts and technical synergies arising from the responses, technical priorities, and conflicts and synergies arising from the technical explanatination. Data used in this research are primary data obtained by interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire addressed to the customers Vansrilla Studio Bengkulu and customer Lister Studio Bengkulu. Customers are referred to in this research are bands that ever recorded in the studio. Respondents in this research were 60 respondents. however, little has changed. That the respondents only 30 respondents used alone, as seen by intensity of the recording is more than twice. From Vansrilla Studio Bengkulu taken 12 respondents, while from Lister Studio Bengkulu taken 18 respondents. The sampling technique used in simple random sampling. After processing of data, researcher obtained 15 attributes are considered important by customers. There are also 8 technical parameters that are owned by Vansrilla Studio Bengkulu that can give satisfaction to its customers with the measurement value of 42.7 while its competitors Lister Studio Bengkulu has a value of the measurements of 60.67.
