Abstract

The title of this research is “Analysis the influence of Work Environment and Ethos of Work toward the Employees Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Nasional Kota Bengkulu”. It was aimed to find out the influence of work environment and ethos of work toward employees performance at Dinas Pendidikan Nasional Kota Bengkulu. To get the data, the researcher used questionnaire with 60 respondents as samples. Multiple regression analysis was used on this research. The result of this research showed that work environment not have the positive influence toward performance but the ethos of work had the positive influence toward performance.
