Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programme toward brand image of Bank Bengkulu. This research is qualitative method using indepth interview to collected information from responden. The questionnaire data collected from customer who receive the relief fund from Bank Bengkulu. The result shows that the value from respondent is 4,45 and interview result shows that Corporate Social Responsibility accepted well in society. Therefore, the conclusion is implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme to create brand image of Bank Bengkulu is performing well.
