Abstract

The study purpose to determine the successful implementation of development cocoa program at Kepahiang district, based on the three aspct (human resources, capital and facilities aspect). The data used are the primary by a questionnaire. Respondents was 77 of cocoa farmers. Analysis method used descriptive on research found that the implementation of the general average cocoa development program was less successful. This means that the services provided by the government and the facilitators are minus in accordance with the needs of cocoa farmers.
