Abstract

The objectives of this research are to estimate potential expectations of mall parking taxes in Bengkulu city, to explore the difference between target provision of mall parking tax with is potential, and to avaluate its management system to local pure income. The used method to estimate the potential of mall parking taxes in Bengkulu city is counting of number of vehicles approach with its tariff while for management system use descriptive research method. The research result that income the potential of mall parking taxes in Bengkulu city raise year to year. In 2011 potential income of Mega Mall parking taxes reach Rp 382.520.000,- while the target provision expect just Rp 76.526.000,-. The potential income of Bengkulu Indah Mall in 2011 reach Rp 455.885.00,- with the target provision expects Rp 128.664.000,-. Tthe realization of income parking in 2011 from Mega Mall is Rp 379.775.000,- and Bengkulu Indah Mall is Rp 453.509.000,-.
