Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of budget on job performance and job satisfaction at work units (SKPD) Bengkulu Tengah . The population in this study is that civil servants involved in the budgeting process in the Unit (SKPD) in regency of Bengkulu Tengah, by using a kind of empirical research in data collection through questionnaires to 75 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques with SPSS. These results indicate that the first hypothesis budgetary participation has a positive and significant impact on job performance, while the second hypothesis budget participation also has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction.
