Abstract
This research is a descriptive analysis that attempted to portray objects and facts contained in the field. The research looked at the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline to Performance Financial Management at the University of Bengkulu. The samples in this study were employees of the financial management of all work units that exist at the University of Bengkulu, which uses a type of nonprobability method of sample selection based on consideration of (judgment sampling). The data used in this study is primary data by providing a questionnaire using Likert scales measuring technique. The analysis tools are statistical method with a Multiple Linear Regression SPSS program. The results showed that work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline and significant positive effect on the performance of the financial management of the University of Bengkulu. The better motivation, the higher the sense of satisfaction of employees, as well as the good work of the employees disciplined financial management, the better the performance owned. The results also showed that the value of the Adjust R Square of 99.1% variable fund management performance can be explained by the variables of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline. Taken together work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline affects the performance of the financial manager.
